Nasdaq Futures Opening Update as on 06 September 2019

U.S. stock futures higher in pre-market trading for,September 06 The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 7,873.75  up with +0.23%  percent or +18.25 point.The Dow Futures is trading at 26,787.50 up with +0.32% percent or +86.50 point.The S&P 500 Futures is trading at 2,981.12 up with +0.31% percent or +9.12 point.

In overnight trading in the Eastern Hemisphere, In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 21,199.57 up  with +0.54% percent or +113.63 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 26,651.93  up with +0.51% percent or +134.03 point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 2,999.60 up with +0.46% percent or +13.74 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 36,934.57 up with +0.79% percent or +290.15 point at 12:15 PM.The FTSE 100 is trading at 7,271.80 up with +0.0087% percent or  +0.63 point. Germany’s DAX is trading at 12,178.28 up with +0.42% percent or +51.50 point. France’s CAC 40 is trading at 5,592.55 with a loss of –0.011% percent or –0.63 point. The Stoxx Europe 600 is trading at 386.19 up with +0.07% percent or +0.34 point.

Friday’s Factors and Events

At 7:32 a.m. ET. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were up by 95 points, implying a gain of 63 points at the open. S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 also pointed to slight gains at the open.

The monthly U.S. government is scheduled for release at 8:30 a.m. ET. Economists polled by Dow Jones expect the U.S. economy to have added 150,000 in August.

The report will follow strong private payrolls data released by ADP and Moody’s Analytics on Thursday.   U.S. private payrolls increased at their fastest pace in four months in August, the data showed.

Other leading market index closes included the small-cap Russell 2000 Index closed at 1,510.75 up with +1.75% percent or +25.99 point; the S&P 600 Small-Cap Index closed at 932.40 up with +1.96% percent or +17.93 point; the S&P 400 Mid-Cap Index closed at 1,912.63  up with +1.68% percent or +31.69 point; the S&P 100 Index closed at 1,315.51 up with +1.39% percent or +17.98 point; the Russell 3000 Index closed at 1,742.90 up with +1.32% percent or +22.78 point; the Russell 1000 Index closed at 1,645.32 up with +1.30% or +21.04 point.
