In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 26,425.14 with a loss of –1.80% percent or –487.46  point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 23,417.26 with a loss of –3.11% percent or –752.81  point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,443.25 with  a loss of –1.36% percent or –47.36   point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 57,009.00 with a loss of –1.17% percent or –674.59  point at 12:15 PM.For the day the FTSE 100 closed at 7,484.33 with a loss of -0.39% percent or -29.29  point. France’s CAC 40 closed at 6,788.34 with a loss of -2.04% percent or -141.29 point.Germany’s DAX closed at 14,731.12 with a loss of -2.07% percent or -311.39  point.

House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Sunday evening that if Moscow does not launch an invasion in the coming days, the summit would take place following a scheduled meeting between U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov later this week.
