Nasdaq Futures Updates

U.S. stock futures experienced an uptick on Friday, with the Dow Jones, S&P 500, and Nasdaq 100 indices reflecting gains after Thursday’s positive close. Crude oil experienced a decline, while petrol prices saw an upward trend as President Donald Trump contemplates a significant decision regarding potential military actions against Iran.

This comes in advance of forthcoming discussions with Gulf leaders focused on a postwar resolution. The escalating tensions in the Middle East coincide with reports of a tanker being detained by Iranian forces, alongside cautions from former counterterrorism chief Joe Kent that “there is no military solution.”

Meanwhile, the yield on the 10-year Treasury bond stood at 4.94%, while the 2-year Treasury bond yielded 4.69% at the last cheque. The CME Group’s FedWatch tool projections indicate that markets are assigning a 53.1% probability to the Federal Reserve implementing an interest rate hike following its October meeting.
