U.S. stock lower in pre-market trading for Oct 14.The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 10,976.0 with a loss of -0.52% percent or -57.6 point.The Dow Futures is trading at 29,952.0 with a loss of -0.29% percent or -86.7 point.The S&P 500 Futures is  trading at 3,656.10 with a loss of -0.38% percent or -13.80 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 26,393.43 with a loss of –0.030% percent or -7.82 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 16,495.52 with a loss of –2.00% ercent or -336.84  point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 2,945.16 with a loss of –1.16% percent or -34.64 point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 57,330.78 up with +0.32% percent or +183.46 point at 12:15 PM.For the day the FTSE 100 closed at 6,850.27  up with 0.35% percent or +24.12 point. France’s CAC 40 closed at 5,879.19 up with +1.04% percent or +60.72   point.Germany’s DAX closed at 12,355.58 up with +1.51% percent or +183.32  point.

 

 

FRIDAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

Reports on Thursday suggested the government could scrap the £43 billion ($48.6 billion) of unfunded tax cuts included in its so-called “mini-budget” on Sep. 23, sending stocks and the pound surging.
