U.S. stock lower in pre-market trading for March 15.The Nasdaq Futures is trading at 13,023.00 with a loss of -0.18% percent or -23.60 pointThe Dow Futures is trading at 32,822.20 with a loss of -0.37% percent or -123.00 point.The S&P 500 Futures is  trading at 4,158.90 with a loss of -0.34% percent or -14.20 point.

In other parts of world, Japan’s Nikkei 225 is trading at 25,354.10 up with +0.18% percent or +46.25 point. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is trading at 18,782.07  with a loss of –3.84%ercent or –749.59 point. China’s Shanghai Composite is trading at 3,122.28 with a loss of –3.14% percent or –101.25  point. India’s BSE Sensex is trading at 56,395.42 with a loss of –0.16% percent or ?90.60  point at 12:15 PM.For the day the FTSE 100 closed at 7,193.47 up with +0.53% percent or +37.83 point. France’s CAC 40 closed at 6,369.94  up with +1.75% percent or +109.69 point.Germany’s DAX closed at 13,929.11 up with +2.21% percent or +301.00   point.

 

 

TUESDAY’S FACTORS AND EVENTS

The pan-European Stoxx 600 added 1.08% by the close, with travel and leisure stocks climbing 3.5% to lead gains as most sectors and major bourses closed in positive territory.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday “certain positive shifts” have occurred in the talks between the Kremlin and Ukraine. Meanwhile, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reportedly said Ukraine has reached a “strategic turning point” in its war with Russia.
